Here is the sample dial plan config.

dial-peer voice 601 pots
 destination-pattern 60T
 direct-inward-dial
 port 0:D

As you can see, the machine just dials all numbers after the "60" prefix.
This is as intended but I want to block certain numbers from being dialed
out.
