Thai,

VOIP uses RTP/UDP/IP and the starting udp port number is 16384 but I don't
know the precise range. The Cisco press voice book I read gave an example
of QOS in which 16383 was used as the range of UDP port numbers to be given
ip rtp priority but my study note, extracted from VOIP configuration on
1700 series router, declared 16384 to 16624 as the real-time voice traffic
range.

Hope this suffices.
