ipx link-delay not working with ipxwan / nlsp

Anyone get "ipx link-delay" to alter the metrics when running nlsp over
ipxwan (this particular router is running 12.2(3)T)? I configured it
on the ipxwan master and it didn't change the metrics for the routes. I
then used "ipx throughput" and that did change the metrics, as expected.
