I am not sure what cheeky means I am an American. If the answer were in
the debug output I would not asking such a question on the forum. I
have tried very troubleshooting trick I have ever seen in 11 years of
computing. I am running IOS 12.1-11. I will be quadruple checking my
configs tonight. I have triple checked passwords etc... My next step
is backing the IOS off to an early release like (9) or (10).

Not to be cheeky but how did you get your CCNP? try doing a debug ppp
authentication that might point you in the correct direction.
