*Sort Of*

Set up 2 HSRP groups, have 1 router act as Active for group 1 and
Standby for group 2. Have the other router act as Active for group 2 and
Standby for group 1. Then Have half your clients point to Virtual IP 1
and the other half point to Virtual IP 2.
