In that case I assume that on local frame-relay interface you do mapping to
local ip to allow pinging those local interfaces. If there is no local
mapping then the ping script will die rigth there.

In the lab I'm not sure if mapping to local ip is required when the
requirements said all interfaces should be pingabe from every router.
