Ok, I just signed up with Hotmail to try this out. I am concerned as we
have 100's of people using Hotmail.
Yes, the list messages will go to junk mail if you do not have the filters
set correct. You need to select options, then select "Mailing Lists".
Place ccielab@groupstudy.com as a to: address in the mailing lists.
This will prevent the list from going into junk-mail. You may also select a
list message and hit the "This is not Junk Mail" button.
As with the Newsfeed idea for this group, the server has the capability to
password protect this group to prevent unauthorized people from posting.
But we would still need to write some back-end software to allow people to
generate passwords and recover lost passwords.
Unless we wanted to open this group up. Then we could add the newsfeed and
web interface with ease. But the rif-raf may get in :-)
