The process is as follows:

1. Get a job with a Cisco Learning Parnter. You have to work for a CLP -
they sponsor you to take the CCSI exam and thereafter (for a certain period)
your CCSI is tied to that CLP.

2. Study.

3. Go to Cisco (Stockley Park in the UK) and take the ICP - a two day exam,
with one day being presentations and the other being a lab.

4. If you pass, you are now a CCSI !
