I use the Merge ISDN emulator too and have experienced similar issue. I
found that whenever I put in the LDN it acts strangely. It has worked fine
ever since I omitted LDN's. Try that and see what happens.

mark,

post your config for the isdn endpoints. I will let you know if it should
work with the default merge parameters.

Make sure you are plugged into the right port (S/T or U) based on what
your router has on it.
