this is only my opinion.
each to his own.

ccbootcamp labs:
pros- lots of complex scenarios, minimal equipment
needed. subscription so you get any new labs.
popular so a lot of knowledge base is out there.
cons- complex wording, typos and errors,
dropped subjects are covered, configs are
only in electronic format, don't come
      bundled in book.

ipexpert labs:
pros- lots of one subject beginner to advanced labs.
very good hints and tips. several complex
multiprotocol labs. comes in book well written
and laid out. configs are both in hard and
      electronic format. no dropped subjects.
online rack rental that is the exact topology
      used in the scenarios
cons- priced close to ccbootcamp labs

solutions labs:
pros- come in well laid out book with configs
at end of each scenario with key entries
       hightlighted. low price.
cons- not extremely complex. no electronic version
of configs. large number of routers needed.
       no online rack rental
