Steve,
Yes you can if you only want to practice PVCs.
You will have to configure one end as clock source internal and the
other as clock source line.
The other restriction is that vpi/vci must match at the A end and the B
end as you don't have a switch in between to switch vpi/vci to
vpi'/vci'.
