Hi,

That is a hidden command and I'm not sure what IOS's
it became available in, etc.

Another way to test VoIP (FXS ports) which I haven't
tried yet, would be to hang modems off FXS ports and
set a aux cable up to reverse telnet into them and
issue AT commands.

If you get on one end, and have session open on other
modem you should see RING when you dial (ATDTxxxxx) on
other modem if its working.
