        Is it possible to use Frame Relay end-to-end keepalives in
conjunction with an ISDN backup without using the standard stuff like
floating statics, dialer-watch or backup interface commands or are the
freeks just a way of making certain that a PVC has definately gone down
before something like backup interface kicks in? Thanks.
