Heads up if using static rp only (no auto-rp): As of 12.1(9.1) and
higher you must configure "ip pim rp-address" on the rp itself as well.
That wasn't required in earlier code. That came about as a result of
CSCDU17859, which was to prevent DoS attacks. I'm getting the Docs
changed. One way to know if you're running into this is if you run
"debug ip pim" and you get "invalid rp" for an rp ip address that is
itself, it should be valid.
Not that big of a change, it makes sense anyway, but something that
could bite you if you're used to not putting ip pim rp-address on the rp
itself.
