I just completed their class last week (11/5-11/9). The class was very
beneficial and I learnt a lot while I was there. The scenarios that are
used in the class are not the same ones in their subscription. One big
advantage of their course over the competition is the fact that you get an
almost complete rack to your self. You have to share a 3900 and for Voice &
ATM you have to work with your partner, but this didn't seem to cause any
problems during our class. I feel that if I would have had to share a
complete rack with another student, I wouldn't have been able to learn as
much as I did (I'm sure my partner wouldn't have been able to either). You
also get access to your rack the week following the class, and if you don't
already have them, you get a subscription to their practice labs (which I
would recommend everyone buying these!!). If you have the labs already, I
think you get a discount on the class. There were several topics that I was
unsure of before the class, but the class helped clarify many of these.
All of the staff were very friendly and willing to help any way possible!
The instructor, Steve Corley, was very helpful and did a great job! He has
several years teaching Cisco courses (5 I think), and worked with each of us
one-on-one if we had any individual questions.
While I was there, I purchased an ISDN simulator which works great!! Every
experience that I have had with NLI/Optsys has been excellent and I would
recommend their services to anyone!
I hope this answers any questions that you had.
Good Luck!
Michael Brady

Does anyone have any feedback on the ccbootcamp's 5 days CCIE workshop - I
know there is plenty of feedback available on their lab subscriptions ( and
I
have them) but I wanted to know how their workshop was ????
