Suggest you go to www.vconsole.net and get your credit card out!
I'm in the same situation as you, so I'm just about to buy their simulator
having heard good things about it. There's a free demo you can download
from their site and the full sim costs $95. Give careful consideration to
all the different ways you may want to access the switch from your network.
