You cannot have discontiguous network (10.0.0.0) in igrp.
Put a secondary network 10.x.x.0/24 on your frame-relay serial.

Guys,
I must be going mad......I've been at this too long.
I have 2 routers R2 and R4 connected by frame relay, I am running IGRP
(AS1)
on both boxes. I am trying to redistribute a connected network (loop 0)
from
R4 into IGRP so R2 can see it. I realise of course that R2 will see the
link
a classful (i.e 10.0.0.0) but I cant even get that.
I think this maybe some kind of bug or the fact the A already has a
connected network in the 10.0.0.0 range (Albeit subnetted), configs below.
