No official email after 5 days!!?? I would be on the phone, unless there
are some extenuating circumstances. That is totally unacceptable from
Cisco. I suspect they have the wrong email address, or there is major
mail server issues somewhere. Either way I'd be on the phone come the
next normal workday.
Remember nothing is official until it "official".
