Can anyone refer me to a good reference material on how to configure RSVP
or a detailed sample of RSVP configuration?

I have configured rsvp using the following steps

i. fair-queue on interface (WAN)
ii. ip rsvp bandwidth on the interface (WAN)
iii. ip rsvp reser at the global configuration mode

But my hosts on the LANs do not successfully negotiate rsvp.
