                       Has anyone ever encountered a problem with flapping
Tunnel
                interfaces.

                I configured a GRE/IP tunnel over the internet...One side of
the tunnel
                showed UP/UP always...the other side of the tunnel showed
UP/UP for 20
                seconds...then shows UP/DOWN for a couple of minutes...then
goes UP/UP
                for 20 seconds...

                Please give me some feed back on this...also...does anyone
know of a way
                to disable keepalives on a Tunnel interface...
