PCBUS driver for ACCESSPro

I have a Token Ring AccessPro (equivalent to a 2504) in my home CCIE
Lab.

The AccessPro has support for an additional shared memory interface
(PCBUS 0), normally used for interconnection to the SNMP manager when
the AccessPro is used as a router in a Lanoptics managed hub with
router.

Does anybody know where I can either obtain a PC driver for the PCBUS
interface (packet, odi, or ndis) or the specifications of the PCBUS
interface?

I have tried searching the documentation CD (Oct 2000), CCO, and
Lanoptics site to no avail.
