I'm sorry, my (2nd Ed) p.425 had Soft Reconfiguration, so I'm not sure if
our Route Reflector examples were the same. Mine is on p 415. If they were
the same, then the reason it makes sense to make the new RR a
route-reflector client is the it eliminates the full mesh requirement of RR2
for the other clients of RR1. If the first edition has the same
descriptions as the 2nd edition, go back and look at the BGP flow diagrams
for route reflectors.
