You are probably think of Adtran's Atlas product. It is modular and can
support several ISDN lines and PRI's.
It is also mentioned in the CCIE Lab Study Guide,

Hi Guys,

Im looking for a cost effective ISDN simulator, I have
used in the past a Teltone ILS-2000 which has been
effective.

However, does anyone know of brands of any other
simulators that have more than 2 ports, as iv'e also
used one in the past that had a PRI and a multiple BRI
on it but for the life of me cannot remember the
brand.
