Connect 2504 -> 3920

Got another one though . . .

2504, 1 x TR/ 2 x Se.
3920.
1) DB9 -> RJ-45 from the Rtr to the Swx. Pins Correct. Can't get the router
to up the port. Constantly says initialising, then goes down!
2) Have set the 3920 port to enable. Also set it to 16MB / HDX Station.
3) Rtr set to 16 MB, says HDX Stn.

Any ideas anyone???

Use the straight through cable but set the ring speed to 4 Mbps. I suspect
your MAU is limited in terms of speed...
