If ATM switch gives your routers an ATM prefix, so you can simply use
esi-address. Otherwise you need to use the whole nsap address instead
of esi-address.

ATM switch need to know atm end-addresses, so, you need to configure
nsap-addresses on your routers (or esi-addresses, if atm switch
conducts proper atm prefix info through ilmi pvc)

In the CLIP environment there is no metter of physical configuration
becasue using ARP queries and replies goes through ATM Layer 2.
