I am probably just showing my ignorance here, but I did not think that
snapshot routing was used with OSPF, but rather was something used with RIP.
You have ip ospf demand-circuit in your config. I have worked pretty hard
trying to get ospf demand-circuit to work right, but that is a completely
different matter from snapshot routing with RIP.
