Yea, you need all of that. There is a consulate in Miami and one in Houston
if you are near the south US. Allow a week or two to get all of the
paperwork processed. If someone at a restaurant offers you some small
peices of white meat on a stick, it's probably chicken hearts (not that
there is anything wrong with that, just be informed).
