Cisco Documentation CD Problems

I have a few questions about the Cisco documentation CD:

1. Why would all my queries come up blank?

2. Would anyone agree that to search for an IOS feature question, you
should first click on the IOS and even the version (12.0 is my favorite)
then search for the key word?

3. What best practices have you all had in doing a CD search?
