ATM IP address discovery question

Hi all:

    Here's my scenario:

  R1 --- LS-101 --- R2

I've discovered to vpi/vci of R1 using atm
ilmi-pvc-discovery. But I'm having trouble finding
out the IP address of R2 by using show atm
ilmi-status. It shows 0.0.0.0 for remote-peer IP
address even though it's clearly defined.
pvc 0/16 ilmi is on both routers and R2 has:

interface ATM3/0
 ip address 138.78.78.8 255.255.255.0
 atm ilmi-keepalive
 pvc 0/16 ilmi
 pvc 2/251
  protocol ip 138.78.78.7 broadcast
  encapsulation aal5snap
 !

Anyone have any idea as to why show atm ilmi-status
shows R2's IP address to be 0.0.0.0 from R1?
