ISDN B channel question

I was talking to a CCIE buddy of mine and he asked me if I had ever
configured a dialer profile so that IP always brings up the 1st B
channel and IPX always brings up the 2nd B channel. Is this possible?
I don't think it is. It seems to me that if there were no calls and IPX
brought up the line it would bring up the 1st B channel first. The only
way it would bring up the second is if the 1st was already used. Am I
mistaken? Does anybody else know how this could be done?
