Right now they are using any days that open up for people who cannot or will
not fly to take the test.
Many San Jose people are going to RTP, and visa-versa.
After 9/11 several people have postponed their dates and are only now just
getting it. This is why we have not seen and numbers or very may people
passing. No one is taking the lab. People scheduled in Sept are now just
taking them. I took my lab a few days ago and someone was in there who had a
9/12 date.
