Just use an access-list on your mailbox.

access-list 2101 deny anthrax any any log
access-list 2101 permit biohazard any any

int mailbox 0
postal address 1010 Main St. San Jose, CA 95120
biohazard access-list 2101 in

The only problem is that Cisco doesn't support the biohazard access-list for PO
 boxes.
