The part of the config you included is very helpful. It makes it clear
that you are doing OSPF point-to-multipoint on the interface. The /32 is
a result of the multipoint configuration. OSPF inserts a /32 route for
each neighbor that it discovers. You do not really want to elimiate
the /32 since this is how OSPF helps solve the connectivity problem
between the spoke routers.
