When using a demand circuit as a backup what should be filtered so that once th
e primary circuit comes back up a neighbor relation will be re-established acro
ss that link instead of the demand circuit link?
I have a scenario where the demand circuit comes up like it should & establishe
s a nieghbor relationship across the bri interface once the primary frame conne
ction goes down.
The BRI goes down when the primary link comes back up & no interesting traffic
goes across it, but it still comes back up due to the neighbor relationship. (
I am assuming.)
Therefore OSPF never re-establishes the neighbor relationship with the same rou
ter across the frame network.
Is there something simple I am missing here?
I can't seem to find a real good source for demand circuit configuration on cis
co.com.
Thanks in advance,
Dan
