Problem:

Router ospf 1
network 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.0.255 area 1 >>>>try 10.10.10.1 0.0.0.0<<<<<<
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0

Unless i missed the boat completely!
