Thanks so much guys! I do have an ISDN line at home that I use to VPN so I
guess I can do it with that. I guess I will do what you guy said, just
study real hard for the concepts that I can't get my hands on. I may invest
in a cheap ISDN BRI emulator. Thanks for all the great advice all.

Charles,
                    I have worked with both PRI equipment and ATM equipment
just because I was lucky to get hold of both .But to tell you the truth
both are vast topics and if you want you can really delve deep into both
but I don't think that level of depth is required for the CCIE lab exam .
So , it will be nice if you have the H/W but if you don't , then just read
the configurations and you will be fine .
