Do you really need the PRI? If you can get away without a PRI, you can get
an ISDN simulator that supports S/T interfaces from www.cheapisdn.com for
$1300 (one of our websites). If you really need a PRI, I might suggest
checking out the Emutel DUO (http://www.arcatech.com/emu_duo.htm) it has PRI
and BRI ports. I'm not sure how much this bad boy is, you'd have to email
Arcatech and ask them. We used to carry the Emutel Solo and had lots of
good experiences with Arcatech in the past (except their pricing/marketing
structure was crap). Good luck!
