One week is not too bad. You should be TOTALLY prepared before going to
ECP1. You can find out what you need to concentrate on, practice, and
you're done. Mine was one month out, and it was too much time in between.
You don't go to ECP1 to learn anything new. Just to validate whether you
know it cold or not. And it will highlight what you need to concentrate on
so one week is reasonable.
