RE: need advice for DLSW+

A bit swapping tip I found handy is just six numbers: 18,24,3c,5a,7e,bd.

To go from one format to the other just swap numbers, if it is a 8 make it a
one.
I prefer to write the first number down and then swap and switch as I
rewrite the new number.
Doing in your head has the possibility of creating an error if your tired.

Examples:
        DLSW / Token-Ring Switch Bits Ethernet
        0000.3049.c8c2 = 0000.0394.8c2c = 0000.0c92.1343
        0006.2974.568a = 0060.9247.65a8 = 0060.942e.6a51
        0006.29f7.a3a8 = 0060.927f.3a8a = 0060.94ef.c515
        0007.780a.551c = xx = 00e0.1e50.aa38
        0007.780a.559c = xx = 00e0.1e50.aa39

I created this bitswap tool in Excel, for those that don't have a login.

(you may need to do: Tools->Add-Ins->Analysis ToolPak, to get the HEX2BIN,
etc.
functions)
