I had the same problem. It turns out that the rommon doesn't have the
code to implement the dnld command but its listed there!

I tried a PCMCIA card from a RSM which was meant to be the same format -
it did not work.

In the end I copied the image down to the internal flash of an RSM -
then moved the flash chip to the 1010 asp. If you cant do this I would
look at an RMA.
