I disagree I have about 8 months till my first lab and I will know those
commands plus more.
Remember Vasu that you are going to have to type them anyway, at least once,
an example
router rip, so why not type
alias config rr router rip, once in a note pad, swipe the list into all your
routers and your set. Another line of reasoning for me is I don't type well
and missed type commands takes the router some time to figure out that it is
smarter than you.
An example: sh fran pvc always is fat fingered on my part, but
Router#>fp always gets me there. So lets do the math
sh fran pvc = 11 characters +
sh fram pvc = 11 characters
that equals 22 characters.
alias e fp sh fram pvc = 22 characters +
fp = 2 characters
that equals 24 characters.
Right now I am down two characters, but the next time I need to see my pvc's
I up nine, and hardly a chance on wasting time on fat fingering fp.
