Andrew Frame who once worked at Cisco, then at Foundry (with me), got
his second CCIE cert at 19 and a week. He was 18 for his first. He
started at Cisco at age 16 I hear...after selling off his own ISP.
He's a smart cookie...I don't think he's ever met a router that he didn't like.
;0)
Sorry to burst your bubbles but the youngest ccie I know is barely 19.
