Guys help me on SNMP

Hi all,
         I am working on OPENVIEW and my scenerio is as:

OPENVIEW----switch----router1-----router2
                               ^
                                         |
                                  serial cable

I have config. the router as :

snmp-server community public RW
snmp-server enable traps
snmp-server host 192.168.1.206

192.168.1.206 is my openVIEW NMS.

I am getting poll from the switch and router1 but not from router2 at any
cost.
am i missing something on that.
