Ahmed,
I don't think the IOS is the problem. POST is the Power On Self
Test. It makes sure all the hardware is working ok, and runs out of
hardware. Is this a new problem, or did you purchase it like this? Might
not be fixable.

Hi all,
I am having trouble..... it says POST failure and all the ports are
disabled and the SYSTEM LED is AMBER .
I have gone throught the DIAGNOSTIC test and it says FRIMWARE is VALID .....
should i upgrade the IOS or what ...
I have tried reseting all the values like factory default and console too
but
no thing happened....
and when i tried booting again it gives nothing on console except "atqoho"
then "atqohd" .... can anyone help me
getting my switch back to normal.
