All,
Sorry - this should have been OT and was not intended to breach NDA. Also,
as a telco we do use F/R switching via routers at times. (usually for
testing). I have been provided the info required.
Thanks and regards,

Jason,
Respectfully, the exact contents of the exam are hidden
behind the NDAs we
agreed to when we took the test. Speaking as someone who
recently failed,
though, let me say that I came away from the experience with
the feeling
that the proctor (Kathe in SJ) wanted me to succeed, that
the test was fair
and not "bizarre", and that I will spend more time
configuring the basics
against a clock before I return.
As Bear Bryant (a famous American football coach) once said
(from memory,
not a quote) - Touchdowns follow blocking as night follows
day. Applied to
this context, this means don't get fancy, just know your
stuff.
Regards,
Brent Stewart

All,
I saw a post on this list 2 days ago that mentioned that
configuring F/R
switching was not part of the lab. I find this hard to
believe, however I
may be wrong and would like clarification of this.
Thanks,
