I have a copy of it, but have not read it thoroughly. It covers multicast
in 3 chapters, but another good resource for multicast is: (suggested
reading from the Networkers 2000 presentation)
ftp://ftpeng.cisco.com/ipmulticast/training/
All in all, Vol 2 doesn't have the 'bite' that Vol 1 has, but it's still a
great resource. He does a good job with BGP, and the NAT section is well
worth reading, as well as his treatment of IPv6 (not a lot of configuration
information there, though). And the typeface is smaller, so more is packed
onto every page ;-)
