James,
I would get used to clunky old hyperterminal and Win95/98 telnet. Also,
get used to Netscape navigator. Notepad is your friend. I cut and paste
common commands like passwords from notepad into my configs.

If you put a menu on auto-command without being asked, you will probably
get marked-off because it may throw off their automated scoring.
