Re: 2511 terminal server setting

You need "No exec" configured on your lines... When the routers reboot and
send data onto the line, the TS thinks that the connected device wants to
start and exec session.

I have a 2511 terminal server. The console port of my six routers have been
connected to this 2511. Every time, when I reboot my router and 2511.
I have seen the following status on 2511. It stops me to reverse telnet to the
router. I have to use "clear line tty x" to free the line. Then I can
reverse telnet
to the router.

ccie-ts#sh users
    Line User Host(s) Idle Location
   1 tty 1 idle 00:00:00
   2 tty 2 idle 00:00:00
   3 tty 3 idle 00:00:00
   4 tty 4 idle 00:00:00
   5 tty 5 idle 00:00:00
   6 tty 6 idle 00:00:00
* 18 vty 0 idle 00:00:00 10.5.129.192

Is there any configuration I missed ?

Here is the setting of one of my six routers.

line con 0
transport input none
line 1 16
transport input all
line aux 0
transport input all
line vty 0 4
no login
!
end

Here is the 2511 terminal server configuration.
