We are going to have an official procedure for grading reviews and exam
reopening. It won't depend upon which proctor you got, it will be a set
procedure that gives the candidate clear recourse.
The new lab format and the change in our feedback process is designed to
give our proctors the time they need to do a thorough job at grading. We
will be able to take a little extra time to ensure every outcome is correct
and that feedback goes beyond "you passed" or "you failed". We want to be
able to give those who failed some guidance and direction so that their
preparation time going into the next attempt can be applied where it should
be.
