Well, I looked up NBAR, but from my understanding, it allows you to setup
bandwidth for network protocols, such as applications, including Web-based
and client/server applications that dynamically assign Transmission Control
Protocol (TCP) or User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port numbers. I need to
disallow 10.10.20.0/24 from accessing the WAN, when the traffic utilization
gets high on the WAN. At this point 10.10.10.0/24 only should be able to
traverse the WAN. If the utilization drops below a specified number, then
the 10.10.20.0/24 subnet can access the WAN.
